In the gorgeous Tuscany`s scenery, nearby the eighteenth century Villa La Braccesca,
the cellar of Nottola engage a surface more than 1500 mq.
We use a technology in constant growth like Inox thermo-conditioned and automatic tun, and
we have recently bought also a very modern bottling-machine that is a guarantee for the
correct control of the quality of the nozzle.
The most important e fascinating place are The Bottaia and The Barriccaia, situated
underground in floor with natural constant temperature. All our cask are in Slavonic oak
and French wood destinated at the average of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano the
first one and at the Reserva del Fattore the second one.
